Allergen information
All our cookie flavours contain egg, butter, gluten, wheat and sugar. Our products state their allergens in the product description, however please note that some items included in our products may contain traces of nuts and/or other allergens.
Care is taken to ensure the risk of cross contamination is minimized however cannot be guaranteed to be free of allergens/intolerences.
At this point in time we do not offer gluten free options, but hope to in the future.
Heating/Freezing
Whilst its not necessary, we recommend slightly heating your cookies in the microwave for just 10 - 15 seconds directly before consumption. This is not recommended for cookies that have curd, buttercream or meringue.
Other products that can be heated include our dulce de leche churro pie & pecan caramel brownies- highly recommended, with a little vanilla icecream, *chefs kiss*.
We don't use preservatives, therefore cookies are best enjoyed as soon as possible. We recommend you consume them within one week. Keeping them sealed and stored in a cool dry place will keep them fresh for as long as possible.
Please note cookies with meringue, curd, buttercream and/or cream cheese should be kept stored in the fridge for up to five days.
We do not recommend freezing our cookies.
How to Order - Market Pop Ups
To make an order for our market day pick up, add your product from the market pre-order menu, choose the location that suits best and add to cart.
Please note that market day pre-orders can only be selected from the pre-order menu. Any items added outside of this ie. online exclusive cookies will not be included and refunded unless otherwise specified.
Pre-orders close 3 days before scheduled market event.
Terms & Conditions- Christmas Cookie Collection
Orders open for our exclusive Christmas Cookie Collection on the 5th of December at 7pm. Orders will close on the 12th of December at 10pm, unless sold out prior.
All orders will be sent on the 16th of December via Express post. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.
Shipping cost - $15 Express post.
If your purchase is a gift, please leave the lucky recipients details in the gift option box in your cart. If you have made an error or have a query, please email us at bakewmimi@gmail.com.
Items marked as a gift will state their name on the inside card, otherwise it will have the purchasers name.
Please note that substitution of flavours cannot be made.
Terms & Conditions - Market Pop Ups
Orders must be picked up within your selected time slot. Failure to pick up may result in your order being forfeited.
As pre-orders are prepared especially for you, refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Upon arrival, please show your order confirmation. If you have ordered 4+ items and something else catches your eye, all further purchases will be charged with the online savings of 10%.
Please note that once your order is placed, it cannot be exchanged for other items.
Shipping
We ship our cookies nationwide.
Shipping cost - $15, sent via express post.
Orders close each week on Sunday at 10am and are shipped on the coming Tuesday. Orders placed after this time will be shipping the following Tuesday.
All packages are shipped via express post to ensure your package arrives as fresh as possible. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.
If you are not home to receive your package, couriers will leave it in a safe place. If no safe place is available it will be taken to a local collection point. All orders are packaged in a sealed mailer bag for safe transport, however we can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order and the item(s) have been left in a safe place.
Please note that it is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery information at the checkout. If you don't receive your delivery because you provided the wrong delivery address, we cannot issue you a refund.
Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not issue refunds in the event of change of mind.
If you receive your order and find that the product is either the incorrect product or there is something wrong with the product, please send images that clearly show the issue to bakewmimi@gmail.com. If you have fully consumed the product and then start a claim, we won't be able to process a refund or replacement as no evidence was provided.
If you have any other issues with your order please email us as soon as possible. Include as much information as possible including your order number, date of order, delivery date etc.
