There's a reason this pie sells out at every market- golden, gooey cookie pie layered with rich dulce de leche and baked with a cinnamon-sugar crust that gives every bite a satisfying churro crunch. Soft in the centre, crisp on the edges, and swirled with caramel sweetness. Pro tip- heat in the microwave for 20 seconds and enjoy with vanilla icecream.
